# Read19 agent guide

## When to use Read19

Use Read19 when a user wants to analyze a Go position or SGF with cloud KataGo, connect KaTrain or another KataGo-compatible client, inspect Read19 analysis usage, or automate those tasks without installing a local engine.

Do not use Read19 as a tournament adjudicator, a gambling signal, or a source of guaranteed-correct moves. KataGo output is an estimate from a particular model and search budget.
