Here is an idea that I have had and I want to try. Im sure that this plan will get 1000s of twitter followers in a short space of time. What I intend to do is use all of the sites on this page to get retweets.
So that should be the traffic sorted out for this little system. Then its going to need a way to convert the people that see the tweet into followers. This is going to need a bribe and a bribe that interests nearly everyone.
So I think that is going to have to be a selection of ebooks and software programs. Something to interest every niche. But all of the images that really make the offers look good are going to have to all be visible on the landing page so that you can get the attention of most people and reduce the bounce rate. What I mean by that is most people wont actually even scroll down the page. If you cant get heir attention at the top of the page then the bottom of the page will never be seen no matter how interesting it is.
I think that this will most likely have to be setup on a wordpress blog with 3 or 4 widget areas.The idea is to have a tweet and get it button that gives access to all of the downloads after a tweet to the persons followers and after they follow you. Each download should be described on a separate page all linked to from the main landing page by clicking the image of the product. Plus the tweet and get it button should be on every page as well. Easiest if you put it in a widget.
Then just tweet the link to the landing page. Conversions will be pretty high because you have something for everyone, Plus everyone who shares “tweets” will have to follow you due to the nature of the share and get it button and the tweet will send more people to your page.
You could actually make money with this too by putting an upsell on the download page.
Im not finished with this post yet, This will be big. Ill work on it and see what results in gets and then make a full copy of everything that I used available for free download to our subscribers.
Any of you that feel like trying this out your self to see how it goes, please let us know what happened. The best tests are always done on new twitter accounts. Results are more accurate and easier to see clearly.
